SHIFT MANAGER – POWER PLANT- INTERNAL ONLY
The Job
CEffectively leads operations of the systems used to generate electricity from 11000 Volts gas and diesel generators to ensure availability of stable and quality power to the plant.
FCoordinate operational activities on installed generators and other auxiliary equipment for capacity utilization
FAllocate and monitor staff to effect repairs, maintenance, overhaul of installed generators and other auxiliary
The person
CPossess communication and problem-solving abilities, involving the ability to manage synchronization of 11000 Volts generators.
CAbility to run 11000 Volts generators in most efficient manner.
CKnowledge of 11000 Volts generator control concepts and power system protection,
CAbility to work nights, weekend and holidays
CMust be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
CAbility to work in a fast paced environment
CTeam oriented, adaptable and dependable
Qualification
CB.Eng./B.Sc. / HND Electrical Engineering
Experience
C5 years of relevant experience
