Job Description
· Participate in performing the most complex work of the unit.
· Train assigned employees in their areas of work including customer service related methods.
· Verify the work of assigned employees for accuracy.
· Perform the full range of customer service duties.
· Provide customer service and assistance to the public.
· Participate in processing of payment arrangements and overseeing final cash receipts reports.
Job Qualifications
· A Bachelor's degree is required.
· 3-5 years experience needed.
· Good use of computer applications needed.
· Principles of business letter writing and basic report preparation
· Good record keeping and reporting ablities required.
· Good verbal and written communication skills required.
