Job Description

The candidate must have a strong foundation in practical seismic interpretation with specific skills in modelling unconventional resources. The candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team within the firm

Responsibilities

Integrate geophysical (3D, 2D, and microseismic), petrophysical, engineering and geologic data to characterize the subsurface.Create subsurface models to understand optimum develop plan.Apply seismic attribute analysis to unconventional resources.Recommend and oversee new seismic acquisition and reprocessing.Communicate results to Management.Continuously update and improve models with new data (internal and external)

Requirements

Candidate must have a Bachelor and Masters (or higher) degree in geology or geophysics with 10+ years of functional experience while employed in the oil and gas industry.Familiarity with Paradigm or Petrel.Strong math background.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Must be a Nigerian
