Responsibilities The person will be responsible for close management of projects cost and revenues and will report to the business Development Manager Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending project procedures and good practices Identification of any slippage( cost/schedule) and proposal of corrective action Ability to build technical/commercial offer Interface between management and project staff Material procurement, delivery and storage Good abilities for work planning Ensure human resources are optimized and no position is vacant anticipate future standby Ability to communicate fluently with all levels

Requirements BSc Accounting/Business Management/ Cost Control Possession of PMP will be an added advantage 3-5 years work experience in the project costing and accounting Cost control and project costing and management is very important and compulsory for this role Proficiency in the use of various computer packages Good Analytical Skills Organised, creative and committed Good communication skills Good use of Excel
