In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulation and legislation relating to the farm/ Agric Industry. Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Very good negotiation and relationship management skills. Very good communication presentation and facilities skills.
