Our Client is a Regional Housing Finance Institution with operations in 44 African countries. As part of its business growth strategy, the company is opening a sub-regional office in Abuja, Nigeria. The office will provide business development and marketing, loan appraisals, project and portfolio management and advisory services so clients and partners in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Benin, Togo Chad and Ghana.

Job Description
The term of office of the holder of the post shall be three years, with the possibility of renewal for a similar term. Reporting to the Senior Investment Officer, the Assistant Investment Officer is responsible for executing lending activities and programs Far all company products as well as appraising viable projects and institutions, monitoring the company's project portfolio, developing and maintaining beneficial relationships between the company and institutions in member countries in the region. In addition s/he will provide support to customers in the loan application process, and will carry out market research.
Qualification Bachelors in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related subject. A post graduate qualification in Finance will be an added advantage; Post qualification experience of three (3) years on real estate financing, banking or related marketing and sales roles.
