StreSERT Services Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Reporting To: General Manager

Responsibilities Verification and processing of payment certificates for approval. Preparation of Letter of acceptance (LOA). Verification and processing of claims, IOU and retirement of IOU.. Accepting and Vetting of Materail Requisition (MR) and facilities repair/Maintenance Request Form(FRMR) Preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates. Verification of contractor s claim. Measurement of variation work.. Assessment and verification of fluctuation claims.. Contract negotiation with suitable Tenderers. Attendance of technical meetings for project progress review, decision, etc. Preparation of budget estimate. Any other Quantity Surveying related work as may be assigned by superior officer.

Qualification B. Sc/HND-Quantity Surveying (DESIRABLE) Knowledge of Computer Operations/MS Windows/AutoCAD 3 -5 years preferable in reputable Construction Firm, Vertical Construction (Mid to High rise building Project)

Remuneration N70,000 and above (depending on experience).
