Pact Nigeria seeks for highly experienced and qualified candidates to fill position of:

Job Position: Chief of Party Community REACH

Location: Abuja

Job Description The Chief of Party will manage an HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support program, with particular emphasis on community level interventions that focus on orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and prevention programming. Crosscutting elements of the program are building organizational capacity and effectively administering subgrants to community, faith-based, and non-governmental organizations (CBO/NGO/FBO) subject to the availability of funds. The COP will provide and/or leverage technical assistance to HIV/AIDS program implementation across the continuum of OVC services, and at the policy level. The jobholder will be responsible for providing overall strategic direction to the project and ensure strong cooperation
as well as collaboration with other partners. The jobholder will develop and implement an organizational strengthening component that increases grantee capacities to monitor, evaluate, deliver and report on services that will support their sustainability.


Requirements Master's degree in public health or a related social science. Minimum of 10 years Demonstrated experience as a senior manager of complex USAID-funded grants programs (preferably under PEPFAR); prior grant management experience in Western Africa a plus. Knowledge of all aspects of community-based HIV/AIDS programming with a special focus on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria. Technical expertise in orphans and vulnerable children (OYC) programming strongly preferred.
