REQUIREMENTS

§  Well testing experience at a managerial level in Well Test, DST and production services

§  Good knowledge of maintenance  of key equipment used in the sector

§  Not less than 10 years in same position of which 5 years must be in a major oil servicing company with the same services

§  Problem analysis and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite

§  Ability to work as part of a team and lead independently

§  Relevant vocational trainings are mandatory or Technology/Technical courses

§  Certifications in line with position will be a plus

B.      TECHNICAL MANAGER – REF: TEM/OWS/14/02 (PH)

REQUIREMENTS

§  Knowledge of an experience in surface well test, DST, flow head, burner boom, etc

§  Previous experience of at least 10 years in same role 5 of which must have been in a major oil servicing company rendering the same services

§  Problem analysis and problem solving skills

§  Relevant vocational training or Technological/technical course is essential

§  Good understanding of data acquisition

§  Certifications in line with position will be a plus

§  Ability to organize and conduct on the job trainings for new employees

§  Electrical/Electronic knowledge will be an advantage

C.      SURFACE WELL TESTING SUPERVISOR/SPECIALIST – REF: SWTS/OWS/14/03 (PH)

REQUIREMENTS

§  Well testing experience in a supervisory level

§  Good knowledge of maintenance of key working equipment in the sector

§  Not less than 7 years in same role spent in a major oil servicing company providing the same services

§  Problem analysis and problem solving skills

§  Ability to work as part of a team and lead independently

§  Relevant vocational trainings are mandatory or technology/technical courses

§  Ability to handle routine and preventive maintenance of all operational tools

D.     INTERNAL AUDITOR – REF: IA/OWS/14/04 (PH)

§  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
