DIRECTOR (4-year contract) – Lagos

REPORTS TO: Registrar

REQUIREMENTS

Doctorate degree or a Master’s in any of the Social Science or Business related disciplinesPossession of relevant professional qualifications such as ACIB/FCIB is an advantageMembership of relevant and reputable professional body/bodies in Nigeria or overseas and be able to command respect and loyalty of members of staff, researchers and other stakeholdersNot less than 15 years academic, professional and administrative experience of which at least 5 years must have been gained in managerial position in an institution of comparable statusAbility to offer academic and administrative leadership as well as the ability to effectively discharge the duties and responsibilities of the office of the DirectorEvidence of scholarly publications in reputable journalsGood use of Statistical Packages e.g. SPSS and Microsoft SuiteGood verbal communication and writing skillsGood research, presentation and leadership skillsKnowledge of laws, guidelines, policies and regulations relating to the banking and finance industryMust possess professional and ethical attitude necessary for the job
