Implementation of marketing strategies, advertisement and its communication according overall HQ and country strategiesSurveys on markets (segments, users, sales channels and competition), analysis of the data and identification of positive opportunities.Regular visits to customers and key retailersApplies effective grower, channel and influencer segmentationDevelops/delivers innovative, customer-driven offersDelivers distinctive value proposition to customerDesigns/implements effective CRM strategiesManages distribution channels effectively

Transition accountabilities

Support the necessary activities to ensure business continuity during the transition.Support the integration of the CP and SE marketing teams, including the definition of new processes/ways of working and fostering mindset change

Critical experience and knowledge

3-5 years at least of experience as Marketing Manager for complex market/s, in a challenging, cross cultural environmentPreferrebly, 3-5 years of experience in the agribusiness industryAdvanced English (written and spoken)
