Job Summary; The position holder will be an integral team member supporting the Management of customer accounts and growing sales.  The ideal candidate for this role would have experience reviewing, collating and structuring responses to prequalification and tenders in a timely and effective manner

Scope of Responsibility & Accountability:

·          Accountable to S&M Manager

·          Adherence to all laid down procedures and processes

·          Strict adherence to TRIPP & EHSSQ policies

·          Carryout all laid down tasks in JD along with any other support function required by management

Major Responsibility Area: Identify the major duties and tasks accomplished by this position. 

Essential Function

·          Coordinate and collate responses to tenders and business enquiries

·          Coordinate process for obtaining DPR Permit/NIPEX Registration

·          Conference justification and planning

·          Coordinate networking Dinners

·          Update on rig & product specification

·          Coordinate response to clients contractual issues

·          Facilitate GT Induction

·          Maintenance of CRM database

·          Collate Rig quarterly report

·          Coordinate quarterly retreats

·          Weekly interactions with regulatory bodies i.e., NAPIMS, NIPEX, DPR

·          Maintain the departments contract and tender trackers

Non-Essential Function

·          Monitor newspapers and other communications to ensure that relevant news and developments are communicated in a timely manner

·          Manage the BD Filing system – both hard copies (folders) and on the shared portal (soft copies)

·          Raising requisitions on oracle and following-up till receipt of goods.

·          Liaising with corporate communications for the planning and coordination of events (conferences, meetings, retreats)

·          Manage all communications with regards to the IADC Nigeria Chapter

Key Performance Indicators:

·          Depth of analysis and investment appraisals

·          Quality, timeliness, relevance and accuracy of financial and business models developed

·          Timeliness of execution of tasks

Job Specification:

·          Excellent communication skills

·          Good team player

·          Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

·          Fast learning ability

·          University degree in Engineering
