KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – Abuja

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Social Sciences or Communications or related fieldHigh degree of analytical skill and ability to influence and communicate key messages effectively to a diverse audiencePrevious work experience in knowledge management, the media and its role in raising awareness and shaping public policy is compulsoryThe role will involve extensive travels to northern statesGood computer skills will be required with experience in training othersKnowledge of the policies, functions, structures and decision-making processes of key national institutions with regard to Child Nutrition or Development will be an advantage as well as ability to communicate n HausaNUTRITION ADVISER – Abuja

REQUIREMENTS

Academic /professional qualification at post graduate level or equivalent in Nutrition with substantial operational experience and a track record of success on nutrition programmingSound strategic thinking an planning skillsExperience in working in Northern Nigeria on a similar context and demonstrable ability to acquire a high level of nutrition expertise on priority issues within nutritionShould be fluent in English and Hausa and proficient in software packagesExperience in supporting development guidelines and policies with an understanding of food security and livelihoods programs will be an advantage
