Position: Youth Counsellor 
Job Description

The role of the Youth Counseiior is to guide individual youth. accompany them through their career, contribute to the quality of youth care and organise youth activities within the frame of the SOS family child-care model as well as ensuring Ihat the individual needs and rights of children are addressed and protected. 

Basic Duties

Guides the personal development of the youthsCreates opportuniUes for contact with the youths' biological family. SOS family and communitySupports the educauonal and career development of the ycuL~sSupports the SOS mothers and village lifeFulfils administration and managing duties

Requirements

BSc Psychology/B Ed. Education (Guidance & Counselling)Expertise in child/and or youth careKnowiedge of national child welfare system and child rights/child protectFamiliar and aware of UNCRC (UN Child Rights Convention) and Child care Acts and other relevant national child care legislationsTeam spirit5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of success



Position: Nurses 
Basic Duties 

Discharges primary healthcare in the villageAssists in the programme design on heahhcare, nutrition and HIViAIDS for community projectsCollaborates with in-house Clinic staff in the management and control of clinic drugs and disposablesMaintains a top-class hygienic environment in the clinicRenders advice on heal!h matters as may be required

Requirements

Must be registered nurse (SRN/SCM)Good public health experience3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successStrong interpersonal human relations skills

Position: Financial Adviser 
Job Description
Oversees the day-to-day activities of the finance team and ensures the organization's finance function is organizaed to produce accurate financial and management accounts. 

Basic Duties: 

Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance teamInitiates and ensures necessary implementation of accountinglfinancial conlrols measures in the organizaUonLeads in the preparation of budgets. forcasts and cash flowsPrepares statutory and internal financlal reportsInitiates Annual Stock-taking of Assets. ensures their safe-keeping the Assets Register updateMaintenance of financial books and accounting processes

Profile
