Job Description:
Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email and the web.Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e-commerce environment.Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion.Deal with and respond to all customers contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels.Process customer refunds using website back end system.
