National Sales Manager

Reporting to the managing director, the successful applicant will:

Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies for the companyResponsible for achieving the national sales target of the companySupervise and monitor the national sales team

Requirements 
Applicants seeking to apply for the post of National Sales Manager (NSM) must:

Possess a minimum of a first degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm D.) from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage.Possess a minimum of ten years (10yrs) relevant experience of which at least three years (3yrs) must be at top management levelPossess an excellent track records of sales achievementPossess excellent communication and computer skillsA strong sales and marketing orientation is needed

Regional Managers

Reporting to the national sales manager, the successful applicants will:

Ensure implementation of company's processes and policiesEnsure attainment of company's regional sales targetSupervise and manage the medical repsManage and maintain the company's distribution channels

Requirements

Possess a B.Pharm/Pharm 0 or B.Sc in biological or physical sciences from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantagePossess successful track records of sales achievementMust have a minimum of six years (6yrs) relevant experience of which two years (2yrs) should be on managerial levelPossess a valid driving licensePossess excellent communication and computer skills

Medical Representative

Reporting to the regional manager. The successful applicants will:

Effectively promote and detail/market the company's range of ethical and OTC products to health care providersMaintain optimal/healthy relationships with the company's clientsBe responsible for company's territorial sales target

Requirements 
Applicants for the position of medical representatives must:

Possess a B.pharm/Pharm D or B.sc in biological sciences or physical sciences from a reputable institutionMust be goal driven, focused and ready to think outside the box to achieve sales objectivesPossess a minimum of two years (2yrs) relevant sales experiencePossess valid driving licensePossess excellent communication and computer skills
