General Manager




Job Description



  • Coordinate all activities in the factory.

  • Define objectives for the various activities in the factory.

  • Ensure the achievement of set targets as regards production, quality and cost.

  • Monitor progress made in the various projects in the factory.

  • Responsible for the budget of the factory and ensure compliance.

  • Liaise with the relevant government agencies on behalf of TILAD to ensure smooth operations.

  • Organize coordination meetings with the heads of departments to discuss improvement needs.

  • Ensure safe and conducive social environment within the factory.

  • Carry out other functions assigned to him by the Managing Director.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/B.Eng Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial ,or Electrical Electronics Engineering.

  • MBA will be an added qualification for better performance.

  • Membership of relevant professional body and association.

  • 8 years experience in manufacturing industry High proficiency in the use of Microsoft suit.



Production Team Leader







Job Description



  • Coordination of production activities to ensure attainment of operations target as regards quantity, quality and cost at required time.

  • Planning of production to forestall losses.

  • Coordination of workforce to ensure team spirit and industrial harmony.

  • Ensure the use of appropriate tools for operations and maintenance of such to guaranty quality.

  • Conducting periodic on the job training of operators to continuously improve performance.

  • Carry out any other job that may be assigned to him by the production manager.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/HND Engineering or OND Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering with 5 years experience.

  • 5 years working experience in auto assembly production.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suites, especially Excel and Word.



Accountant




Job Description



  • To create financial records of business transactions.

  • To monitor flow of finance.

  • To oversee many of the back-office functions.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting from a reputable Institution with minimum of 5 years working experience.

  • Professional qualification will be an added advantage.



Maintenance Officer




Job Description



  • Coordination of Maintenance schedule of activities.

  • Preparation of maintenance annual budgets.

  • Leading the team of technicians to keep equipment at optimal performance level.

  • Planning and executing an efficient preventive maintenance.

  • Planning and Supervision of Shut down maintenance programs, maintenance projects and related others.

  • Ensuring quick reaction and solution to breakdown calls.

  • Carry out other duties that may be assigned to him the General Manager.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/B.Eng Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering.

  • Competence: 5 years working experience in Factory equipment maintenance.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and Word.



Quality Officers




Job Description



  • Coordination of the Staff and activities in Quality department.

  • Ensure that set Quality targets on process and products are achieved.

  • Coordination of Quality Inspection on incoming production materials and parts.

  • Ensure the conformity of production process to definition.

  • Coordination of Inspection of finished products and certify them for commercial sales.

  • Analysis of defects on finished cars in-plant/after sales and define preventive actions.

  • Defining key performing indicators and publishing results as defined by the management.

  • Analysis of results and definition of improvement action plans.

  • Ensure training of staff is achieved according to annual training plan.

  • Report defects related to parts failure as warranty or claims to Technical partner.

  • Report activities and results to management daily.

  • Carry out other duties that may be assigned to him by the General Manager.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/OND Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering.

  • 5 years working experience in Factory equipment maintenance.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word.



Supply, Purchase & Logistics Officer




Job Description



  • Coordinate of supply department activities,

  • Planning the delivery of production parts to assembly line in accordance with the schedule of production.

  • Receive all incoming production parts and materials keep stock until required for use.

  • Carry out periodic inventory and ensure that a minimum stock of materials is maintained.

  • Identify staff annual training and submit proposal.

  • Maintain a list of approved materials and parts suppliers.

  • Receive purchase requests and prepare purchase order for items requested.

  • Coordinates clearing of SKD parts at the ports and arrange transportation to the factory.

  • Carry out other duties that maybe assigned to him by the General Manager.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/HND in Transport and Logistic Management, Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering.

  • 3 years experience in store keeping.



Commercial Sales Officer







Job Description



  • Be in charge of sales at designated sales region.

  • Organize sales campaign.

  • Evolve sales strategy.

  • Improve market share of production and spare parts.

  • Carry out sales forecast and develop dealers for volume sales.


Requirements



  • B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences.


Competence:



  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Aggressive and bold.

  • Good knowledge in automobile sales strategy.

  • Modern selling skills.

  • Good communication skills.



Production Operator




Job Description



  • Carry out production of cars according to defined process to achieve targets as regards volume and quality.

  • Adhere to production shop safety regulations.

  • Always available and punctual to work.

  • Reports identified problems promptly to his immediate superior,

  • Participate in the execution of factory projects.


Requirements



  • Technical Certificate/WASC + Trade Test Certificate.

  • Ability to read and write in English Language.

  • Ability to read simple Technical Drawing.
