Job Description
Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the Bar. Follows and ensures that the company standards of service are being adhered. Provides prompt, attentive and courteous service to every guest in the assigned station. Strives to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products by following wine menu presentation. Recommends and suggests beverages when guests ask for assistance in selecting them. Ensures that all drinks are served with the proper garnishes and in the correct glassware. In charge of sourcing for potential outdoor event clients and ensuring Blu Breeze is No. 1 Choice for all Outdoor events. Creativity in the achievement of Monthly Targets.Job Requirements
Minimum OND or equivalent degree. Must be between the ages of 24-28years as at Dec. 2014. At least 2 years of full time working experience in a fast pace Bar /catering environment. Advanced level of cocktail knowledge is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of wine service procedures. Fluent English mandatory. Basic Sales/Marketing Experience.Method of Application
