BMS Supervisor
Responsibilities
The BMS Supervisor will be responsible for;
Operations and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems, VESDA & FM200.Operation and maintenance of Water Leakage Detection Systems for Data Center.Operation and maintenance of Access Control , CCTV SystemsOperation and maintenance of Rodent Repellent System.Operation and maintenance of Branch Circuit Power Monitoring (BCPM) System.Operation and maintenance of HVAC Systems (CHILLERS,PAHU’s AHU’s, TFA’s etc.)Preparation and Submission of Daily, Weekly Reports.Monitoring and reporting of All Electrical systems (Energy Meters, UPS, PDU, Feeders & Transformers) Reading and Consumption According Daily, Weekly and Monthly.Preparation and Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.Troubleshoot and fix day to day operational problems pertaining to Access Control, VMS (Visitor Management System), Fire Alarm systems, CCTV issues, VESDA, & BMS.Execution of IBMS related projects as per the design.Support for Reviews & Audits, Audit tracker updating and co-ordination.Ensuring that the team is meeting the SLAs with clients in all aspects.Rendering on training / guidance to the new team member on work procedures, process flows and knowledge resources.Conducting Weekly Training for the BMS Operators & keep update the latest Procedures & improvement plans as per the requirementSupervision:
To work directly under the supervision of the Facilities Operations Manager
Qualifications, Skills & qualifications
5-7 years in similar roleHND/BSc in engineering/related fieldCost conscious professional, successfully exhibiting excellence in savings through effective and innovative executionGood communication & interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people and be a Good Team playerStrong organizational values and innovative problem solving abilitiesGood commnication & interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people abd a be a good team playerHave a postive frame of mind and be open to acquiring new skills
