Facility Manager (NON-IT Operations)

Responsibilities:

The Facility Manager (NON-IT Operations)  will be responsible for;

A thorough understanding of electrical systems for large campus right from the supplier to the respective operational floorThorough understanding of HT & LT electrical distribution systemsKnowledge of handling HT & LT control panels, LT & HT switch gears, CT’s, AVR’s, etc.Operations and maintenance of HT DG systems (both Diesel and Natural Gas based)Operations and maintenance of UPS systemsGood understanding of HVAC systems namely Chillers, PAC’s, etc.Capable of creating & understanding SLD’sOperations and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems, VESDA & FM200.Operation and maintenance of Water Leakage Detection Systems for Data Center.Operation and maintenance of Access Control , CCTV SystemsOperation and maintenance of Rodent Repellent System.Operation and maintenance of Branch Circuit Power Monitoring (BCPM) System.Guide team members to troubleshoot and fix day to day operational problems pertaining to Access Control, VMS (Visitor Management System), Fire Alarm systems, CCTV issues, VESDA, & BMS.Capable of handling expansion projects in line with the customer requirementsEnsuring that the teams are meeting the SLAs with clients in all aspects.Good experience with incident reports and Root cause analysis across all NON-IT functions.Good trouble shooting skillsPlan & implement all preventive maintenance schedulesEnsure teams maintain adequate records for undergoing operational audits both internal as well as externalEnsure all kinds of Non-IT electrical provisioning for end customers within the shortest timelineEvaluate new products, vendors etc.Through understanding of Energy Management and ensure optimal usage of power from the GridImplement and constantly practice energy savings and reduce the cost of operations

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
