Plumber (NON-IT Operations) 

Responsibilities:

The Plumber will be responsible for;

A thorough understanding and working experience of chilled water based systems for large campusGood hands on experience of dealing with leakages in chilled water and return water pipelines both at the chiller side and at the Air conditioning unit side.Operations and maintenance of all water circulation systems.Experience working with chilled water pumps of 3HP and above.Knowledge of various sensors used in water circulation systems.Capable of understanding building drawingsCapable of handling expansion projects in line with the customer requirementsExecute all preventive maintenance schedules and update relevant documentation and checklistsMaintain adequate records for issues received for operational audits.Innovate, Implement and practice energy savings and reduce the cost of operation

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

At least 2-3 years of exposure to large campus/data centre estsblishments OND/HND in engineering/related fieldGood communication skills both written and verbalCapable of handling queries related to Non-IT systems
