Assistant Manager and Chief Accountant needed in an Oil and Gas Company

An oil and gas servicing company is seeking to recruit an exceptional and highly motivated person for the following roles in their Port Harcourt office:
A. ASSISTANT MANAGER / CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
REQUIREMENTS
• Chartered Accountant with 3 – 5 years of post ICAN work experience
• 30 – 40 years of age
• B. sc/HND in Accounting or economics
• Experience in audit and budgeting
• Has vast knowledge of government policies and tax laws
• Experience in the oil and gas industry would be an added advantage
• High proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Financial modeling skills with advanced negotiating skills
• Advance communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and presentations
• Skilled use of any of QuickBooks, Banana Accounting or Peachtree
• Knowledge of international and Nigerian Accounting Systems and practices
• Good command of the English language
• Advanced administration and organizational skills
• CITN certification will be an advantage
