An International Boutique Hotel opening shortly requires the services of the following:

? Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel
? Extensive experience in the OPERA suite of hotel management, induction and training of all Front Office Staff
B. FOOD AND BEVERAGE
i. F & B MANAGERS
REQUIREMENTS
? Not less than 5 years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel offering and extensive food and beverage service including buffet, al a carte and fine-dining, banqueting, room service and an elegant cocktail bar
? Proof of experience in innovative beverage and dining menu creation working with our executive chef
? Experience in Micro Pos systems
? Will be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the Food and Beverage staff

REQUIREMENTS
? Not less than 3 years experience in a luxury hotel, preferably as a house keeper or head housekeeper level
? Must be experienced in the processes required to operate an in-house laundry with a high level of administrative skills
E. MARKETING MANAGER
? Minimum of 3 years experience
? A proven record of success in a similar position in a luxury hotel
F. MAINTENANCE MANAGER
? Should possess an appropriate qualification or certification in Engineering skills relevant to the commissioning, ongoing and preventative maintenance of the equipment and services inherent in a modern hotel building
G. SECURITY MANAGER
? Will have worked in the security industry
? Experience in the supervision, planning and implementation of security services in a hospitality environment
H. ADMINISTRATION
i. Administration staff
