? PhD in relevant field

? Research and administrative experience plus at least 12 significant peer reviewed scholarly publications in reputable National and International outlets
? Must show evidence of significant research direction/supervision at the postgraduate, especially Master level
LECTURER I (CONUASS 04)
? Good university degree with at least 2nd class honours, upper division
? Candidate with PhD must have spent at least 3 years on previous grade
? Candidates without PhD must have spent a minimum of 5 years on previous grade with at least 6 evidence of continuing research publications; PhD is however
LECTURER II (CONUASS 03)
? Good university degree with at least 2nd class honours, upper division
? Candidate with PhD must have at least 3 refereed scholarly publications from reputable publications from reputable publishers since becoming Assistant Lecturer

? Must possess a good university degree with at least 2nd class honours, upper division
