Managing Director Needed at Steel Rolling Mill-Today, 2nd August,2014

A steel rolling mill under construction requires the services of a qualified candidate for the following position:
A. MANAGING DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENTS
? Must be an Engineer and a master’s degree will be an added advantage
? Not less than 20 years work experience in a steel rolling mill industry
? Last 5 – 10 years as General Manager of a steel rolling mill
? Must have drawn up a business plan for a steel rolling mill
? Must have been a production/factory manager at some point of his career for at least 5 years
? Must be able to create budgets and track expenditures
? Must have OPEX and CAPEX knowledge
