A. REGIONAL MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) and duly registered with PCN; an MBA will be an advantage
• 5 – 8 years experience in marketing and sale of pharmaceutical with at least 2 years as an Area/District/Territory Manager
• Proven track record of consistent sales and coaching success
• Ability to develop sound business plans and meet and/or exceed corporate sales goals
• Motivate others to perform to their highest potential
• Valid driving license with a t least 5 years driving experience
• Sound working knowledge of computer on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and excellent presentation skills
B. TERRITORY MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B. Pharm.) and duly registered with PCN
• 5 years working experience in marketing of pharmaceuticals, with at least 2 years as a senior medical representative or Territory/Area Manager
• Good track record of achievements in previous employments
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self confident, result oriented and possession of good managerial skills
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Good knowledge of computer on programs like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
