Manage the institution's website for usability and effectiveness, ensuring timely, accurate and up-to-date content. Publish content uploaded by content owners in various unitsManage and resolve queries from content owners as requested by the relevant unitsMonitor the website for traffic and usage patterns, and provide data to improve effectiveness and meet communication goalsDevelop and manage online advertising campaigns for the institution to meet expected objectivesDevelop and implement a social media strategy to help the institution reach its goalsIdentify social media contributors and ambassadors within and outside the institution, and work with them to help the institution reach its goalsWork with others in the team to create and share content for driving engagement with key publics on social mediaMonitor social media and respond appropriately to threats and opportunitiesEducate new users to social media within the community, and drive a culture of social media excellenceDrive the content sourcing and publishing of the School’s quarterly newsletterDrive and supervise the production of visual and audio-visual content (photographs and videos) to ensure highest quality standards are achieved

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelors’ degree in any related discipline.
