eHealth Africa is focused on improving healthcare by creating effective ways to implement reliable health information management systems. We have developed eHealth and mHealth solutions that can be rapidly deployed to manage patient information, streamline clinical procedures, and provide data and analysis on health program outcomes. Accurate health data will provide NGO’s, hospitals, and donor agencies with access to timely health system indicators needed to evaluate their health interventions and respond to critical public health needs. eHealth Africa works closely with health NGOs in order to provide them with technology solutions that will enhance their on-going and new health programs. We also strive to work with state and government officials to manage large scale implementations at health facilities across the country.

Salary: $4,000 - $8,000 / month + all in-country expenses paid

Both Project Manager & Project Coordinator will work on the following tasks

The Project Manager and Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate Ebola Emergency Response activities in the assigned country. Tasks include:

Assist Emergency Operations Center and Government to determine additional staffing support needsDevelop job descriptions, hire staff, evaluate staff performance in operational rolesSet-up local infrastructure to manage HR and financesAssist in the creation and management of the Emergency Operations Centers (national and sub-national)Determine solutions to communication and internet issues between national and sub-national facilitiesManage data collection strategies and systems surrounding ebolaAssess data collection needs and propose solutionsDevelop partner landscape mapping and develop communication sharing procedures between partnersProvide logistics support for brining in technology equipment, medical equipment, and prefab buildings into the countryProcurement of necessary items and equipmentProvide asset management and tracking tools as well as fleet management systemsProvide any additional support needed to contain the Ebola outbreak

Project Manager and Project Coordinator positions will be decided on by eHealth Africa staff and will be based off the applicants experience.
