RTI International, one of the world’s leading research institutes dedicated to improving the human condition by turning knowledge into practice is implementing the five years USAID funded Leadership, Advocacy, Empowerment and Development (LEAD) project in Nigeria and therefore requires the services of the following:
M&E SPECIALIST (Bauchi)REQUIREMENTS
v Direct and demonstrated CSO capacity building experience
v Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and overseeing monitoring and evaluation systems (including design of governance indicators and targets) and support staff for governance or closely related projects
v Previous experience with and good knowledge of the Nigerian local government environment
v Technical capacity, knowledge, and experience in the governance domain
v Good knowledge of USAID or other donor funded reporting formats
v Not less than 6 years experience
M&E OFFICER (Sokoto)REQUIREMENTS
v Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and overseeing monitoring and evaluation systems (including design of governance indicators and targets) and support staff for governance or closely related projects
v Previous experience with and good knowledge of the Nigerian local government environment
v Technical capacity, knowledge, and experience in the governance domain
v Good knowledge of USAID or other donor funded reporting formats
v Not less than 6 years experience
FINANCE AND BUDGET SPECIALIST (Rivers)REQUIREMENTS
v Previous experience designing and implementing public financial management activities including budget transparency, participatory planning and budgeting and IGR drives
v Experience in the Niger Delta preferred
v Previous experience with and good knowledge of the Nigerian local government environment
v Technical capacity, knowledge, and experience in the governance domain
v Good knowledge of USAID or other donor funded reporting formats
v Not less than 6 years experience
CSO SPECIALIST (Rivers)REQUIREMENTS
v Direct and demonstrated CSO capacity building experience
v Experience in the Niger Delta preferred
