Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in human resource management, two of which must have been in the area of HR consulting. Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts Strong recruitment and executive search experience Track record of converting prospects to paying clients Experience in project management and implementation Experience in proposal/bid preparation Sound people management skills Excellent client management skills Excellent communication skills – written and verbalMethod of Application
