A leading multinational company in Africa with interest in Nigeria requires distinguished, reputable and well-grounded professionals to be based in Lagos as follows:
A. SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering or any other related field
? And MBA will be an advantage
? Excellent leadership and communication skills
? Excellent organizational skills
? Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
? Experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships with channel partners and end users
? Above the age of 45 years with at least 18 years sales experience of which a minimum of 8 years must be in senior sales management position preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking and/or Telecommunications industry

B. CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree and professional accounting qualification; An MBA will be a plus
? 12 – 20 years relevant work experience in the financial industry
? Must have good understanding of the energy and services sectors including business strategy and operations, processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of measures if profitability and return of investment for modeling purposes
? Work experience in an investment bank is preferred but not essential
? Strong leadership and management experience
? Must be able to multi-task and work closely with individuals from broad range of backgrounds
? Candidates must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
? Must be able to prepare/review complex financial models
? Must have strong numerical, verbal and analytical competence

C. DIRECTOR OF HUMAN CAPITAL
REQUIREMENTS
? University degree in Law, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering or any other related field
? An MBA or CIPM membership will be an advantage
? 18 – 20 years cognate experience in general human resources management in a corporate body with a minimum of 8 years as head of department

D. SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING MANAGERS
REQUIREMENTS
? University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences
? Engineering or any other related field
? An MBA will be an advantage
? Not less than 15 years cognate experience in professional selling and marketing, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking and/or Telecommunication industry
? Proven successful track record of delivering growth
? Provide strategic direction for the overall operations of various sales units to achieve business plans
