ROLE PURPOSE

To provide professional general administrative support, including management of stock, general programme equipment and maintenance of facilities.

Qualifications

Level of Education – Degree in relevant fieldMinimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably within the NGO sectorExcellent planning and organisational skills, with proven administrative skillsAbility to manage competing priorities effectively in a constantly changing environment, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressureStrong coordination, report and time management skillsExcellent knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and Power point.Sound knowledge of office practices, procedures and administrative systems including filing systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong teamwork skills with the ability to both support colleagues and request support as and when requiredStrong communication skills, fluent in EnglishCommitment to Save the Children mission, vision and valuesExperience of working in challenging, insecure areas and willingness to work and live in a rural environment.How to apply:
