Business Development Manager (IT)

 Skills required:

Can easily research new business opportunities, identify likely sales points, generate leads, develop sales strategies and undertakes presentations and negotiations to/with prospective customers.Should be able to maintain good business relationships with clients to ensure complete consumer satisfaction.  Should be able to handle varied tasks with excellent problem solving skills.Should be able to convert prospects to qualified lead and close deals within the shortest time in a sales cycle.Should also have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.Extensive skill in identifying your target market, its demographics, and its buying and spending habits, so as to focus your marketing and advertising efforts more effectively.Can document client organization’s direction, structure, business processes and requirements effectively. Researches client organization’s industry and competitive position with minimal supervision.Has superior presentation and excellent oral skills. Capacity to formulate effective insights, expectations or courses of action without having all of the facts, and without having performed a complete analysis of the prevailing situation.

Years of Experience: 2-4 years or industry-related work experience. Several years of experience in an IT company would be preferred. Candidate should also be knowledgeable about technology.

Education Level: BA/B.Sc is required, MBA from a top school a plus.
