Job Description

Document existing business processes, process workflow diagrams, and all other supporting documentationEstablish and communicate priorities to all stakeholdersLeverage business analytics data to monitor processes and systems development for improvementEngage documentation and training resources to enable organizational learning on finalized processes

Job Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
Must possess a minimum of 7+ years experience with process design and business analysis in Enterprise Support, Product development and Cloud Operations environments 
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL best practices, preferably ITIL v3Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile Development and SCRUM methodologyExperience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Programming Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL)
