Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferredAt least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in innovation and new product developmentBroad expertise in the innovation life cycle including discovering and elaborating customer insightsExperience in delivering service innovation (preferred)Comfort in a test and learn environment, with a proven ability to develop and quickly revise business tactics to take advantage of market opportunitiesAdvanced management skills (organizational, project, progam)Advanced communication skills including storytelling, writing, and presentation Experience in strategic thinking and other innovation practicesPlease note that all applications will be reviewed and ONLY suitable applicants will be contacted.
