Responsibilities
To oversee the activities of all marketing staffSet performance target for marketing staffEvaluate and appraise marketing staff performancesDevelop new business and maintain existing relationshipTo ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial/profit targetsDevelop and implement budgetsPrepare reports for managementEnsure that the necessary tools/resources are provided to staff to carry out their assignments.Qualifications / Requirements
A degree in Business Admin/Management.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to solve problemsResult oriented and a goal getter.5yrs and above related experience.
