Job Description

Interpret labor agreements.Manage negotiation preparation as required.Manage or assist the negotiation of mid-term collective bargaining agreements effects bargaining with assistance from the Director of Labor Relations.Manage grievance procedures. Investigate employee grievances and provides response/resolution recommendations.Participate in the Site Labor Relations Council for strategic labor relations planning.

Job Qualifications

BS in Human Resources or related field requiredExperience working in a Union environment as spokesperson for negotiations, arbitration hearings, and labor relations meetings is requiredKnowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management, labor/employee relations is necessaryExperience investigating and resolving discrimination, harassment or code of conduct related complaints.
