Job Description

Deliver knowledge and skill based learning relating to the apprenticeship programme, creating a favorable impression and an appropriate learning environmentUnderstand different learning styles and adapt your training style to suitProvide ongoing support and coaching to apprentices, managers and mentorsProvide feedback to management regarding the performance of their apprentice during workshops and store visitsBuild rapport with apprentices, focusing on their individual needs and responding accordingly

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent experienceBe an excellent presenter and facilitatorHave clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbalHave previous experience of working in a retail travel environmentHave a good track record in sales and customer service delivery
