Role Summary/Purpose

As a result of our strategic recruitment planning, business focus and increasing regional growth we are seeking to hire a Recruitment Manager to lead Oil and Gas Recruitment for West Africa based in Nigeria.

Essential Responsibilities

Partner with business to gather specific customer needs related to recruitment and develop and execute recruitment plan focused on commercial growth.Ensure delivery of metrics, particularly hiring cycle time and localisationDevelop talent sourcing strategy for O&G in w. Africa utilizing multiple hiring channels to deliver local candidatesPartner with internal customers to develop long term talent pipeliningDrive proactive talent acquisition activity and headhunting in regionLead process transformation, process improvement and simplification projectsShare best practice to develop team and customer knowledge and skillsSupport University and development program hiringOn time delivery of all required Government reporting relating to Recruitment

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 5 years' plus relevant recruitment/HR experienceExtensive people leadership; experience of leading and managing HR/Recruitment teamsStrong communication, influencing and interpersonal skillsExcellent consultative account management and business partnering skills with stakeholders at all levelsMust be detailed oriented, organised and able prioritize complex multiple tasks and projectsProven ability to work well in a fast paced and complex organizationMust be able to develop and implement complex processes across multiple locationsMust be willing to relocate or be based in Port- HarcourtMetric and SLA focusedProcess and compliance focusedDemonstrable strategic thought-leadership, vision and innovation to drive improved performance, recruitment processes and toolsStrong business acumenExpert in current technology which supports the identification, acquisition and on boarding of top talent using a broad range of creative sourcing channels, including data mining, advertising, direct research, networking and internet and database searchMust possess right to live and work in Nigeria
