Instrumentation Engineer at Dragnet Solutions Limited

DESCRIPTION

Our Client, a Fast Moving Goods Company that has been operating in Nigeria for over 40 years seeks to recruit an Instrumentation Engineer.

Job Details:

·         To inspect the automation equipments for proper operation and continuous running of plants glass/silicate and steel processing plants

·         To Calibration/cross checking of Auto Batching system to ensure the accurate Weight of Glass Raw materials for quality production

·         Responsible for calibration and repair maintenance of weigh bridges of Agbara

·         Servicing and preventive maintenance of Gas PRV’s, Gas Shut- off valves, Air Driers control valves and all instrumentation part of glass/silicate and Awail plant steel processing plant

·         To ensure the Proper operation of Gas Flow meters and recorders

·         For troubleshooting the PLC I/O faults, PID controller I/O faults in melting control panel and, Auto Batching system faults

·         Parameter Settings of AC drives and controllers for accurate process values

·         Troubleshooting the electrical faults of Generators and panels

·         To perform related duties as assigned

·         To maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Experience

H.N.D /B.Tech/B.SC in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering with 5 to 6 years of Experience.
