Job Description

Collaborate with Operations on how to properly roll-out company-wide marketing campaigns.Partner with Area Directors (AD) to support individual restaurants within an assigned territory.Develop the Operator's decision-making skills and opportunity evaluations with the goal of increasing efficiency and maximizing ROI.Assist with overall marketing department goal planning, strategy and strategic initiatives, and calendar planning.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required3-5 years of Marketing experience requiredRestaurant experience preferredKnowledge of general marketing concepts preferredExperience in trade area-based restaurant marketingHas excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externallyAbility to recognize problems and problem solve
