ESTATE SURVEYOR (VALUATION DEPT)

REQUIREMENTS

B.sc/HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experienceMust be very good in valuationMust be able to drive with valid driver’s licenseResident in Lagos with good knowledge of the real estate marketMust be able to work with minimal supervisionANIVIS is an advantageESTATE SURVEYOR (MANAGEMENT DEPT)

B.sc/HND in Estate ManagementNot less than 5 years cognate experienceMust be very good in property managementMust be able to drive with valid driver’s licenseResident in Lagos with good knowledge of the real estate marketMust be able to work with minimal supervisionANIVIS is an advantagePUPIL ESTATE SURVEYOR

REQUIREMENTS

B.sc/HND in Estate Management with at least 2 years cognate experienceAbility to drive with a valid driver’s licenseMust be resident in Lagos with good knowledge of the real estate marketGood marketing and communication skillsMARKETERS

REQUIREMENTS

B.sc/HND in any of the Social Sciences with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in MarketingMust be able to drive with valid driver’s licenseResident in Lagos with good flair for the real estate marketCONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
