Head of Channel/Chief Operating Officer
*10-15 years of broadcast leadership experience as Head of Channel/COO
*Strong business, technical and creative acumen required to direct and mentor staff.
International experience is an added advantage
*Sensitive to social, economic and political issues relevant to Africa as a continent.
*Sets Budget and oversee financial reporting to senior management.
*Assess current broadcast operations, transmissions, production and post-production contracts and vendors and align the organizational properly with same.
Human Capital Business Partner
A minimum of second class lower in any discipline but preferably in Law. BL will be an advantage
A minimum of 3 years experience in employee relations in a financial institution
Experience in legal practice will be considered.
