Job Description
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change affected by IT projects and business re-engineering projects.Work closely with the business and IT to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and design new streamlined and standardized processes that leverage the new technology.Ensure that business stakeholders received the appropriate level of system and process training.Present recommendations and alternatives to business and IT leadership and execute accordingly.Present findings and recommendations to project teams, process owners, business customers and appropriate leadership, as needed.Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeA broad understanding of critical business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, etc) across finance, operations and commercialExperience using various business process improvement methodologies.Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologiesStrong analytical & problem solving skills.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.Exceptional communication skills รข€“ both written and verbal.
