Job Title: RTM Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job description:

Conduct pre-engagement activities with the RM/AM to assess the As-Is state and commence engagements with regards to the impending changesImplementation of new routes in urban or rural area to reach 70/70Ensure quality of the selected outlets, route efficiency and proper mappingCo-ordinate with Area Manager coverage of the outletsEnsure clear understanding by Field Team of the channel activationMonitor and optimize the link between all categoryCo-ordinate with Area & TM&D Team best practice & IssuesImplement the planned Change Management activities within Field TeamImplement the planned Communication & Engagement activities within distributors Field TeamTrack and resolve change management risks, issues and actions with Implementation or escalate as requiredIdentify issues relating to the project’s performance and escalate to Area Sales Manager (AM) & Human Resources (HR) for resolutionOngoing evaluation of the effectiveness of change management and communication activities at Depot LevelFacilitate 2-way feedback process within the DepotPrepare the depot management to take ownership of the NWOW post implementationComplete a readiness assessment before handing over and including documentation of actions to be followed up by line management post implementationAct as the ‘Eyes and Ears’ for the RTM deployment manager, engaging in informal and formal interactions to read the pulse of the employees, proactively identify issues and relay information and insights to line management and the project team for resolution.Conduct market visit and provide feedback/point of improvement to AM/TMR team

Requirements:

A tertiary qualificationAt least 3years of experience in a reputable and progressive tobacco or similar FMCG company.Route to Market experienceCustomer Engagement, including Trade InvestmentSolid field experienceStrong communication skillsNegotiation and influencingAbility to travel regularlyComputer literateOral and written English
