TECHNICAL LEAD, MONITORING AND EVALUATION/  OPERATIONS RESEARCH – ABUJA

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in qualitative measurement of program impact; experience in communications-based trainingMaster’s degree or higher in health system research program evaluation, statistics or related field relevant to monitoring and evaluationNot less than 5 years senior-level experience in monitoring and evaluation of large internationally funded health programsPreference will be given to candidates with USG experience and experience in HIV/AIDS and/or capacity building of civil society organizations and public sector institutionsProficiency in evaluation design and development of indicatorsDemonstrated competence in assessing priorities and in managing a varietyFamiliarity with PEPFAR reporting systems highly desirable, particularly for health systems strengtheningExcellent writing skills, oral and written communication skills and fluency in EnglishWillingness to travel within Nigeria
