To conduct research on governance and policy and how it relates to youth development in Nigeria; to develop and assist in implementing VSO Nigeria programs that will promote and enhance youth engagement in governance; to work with VSO Nigeria in striving to improve youth related policies in Nigeria

Skills
You have a relevant university degree with knowledge of governance issue, policy analysis and project management You have previous experience of work on governance issues and policy analysis You have Good, clear communication skills; Good facilitation skills You are resourceful and have a great ability to solve problems You have experience in working on policy and governance issues especially in developing countries context You have developed and assisted in implementing programs that will promote and enhance youth engagement
