Summary

Software developer (programmers) would be the brain behind the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems.Aside working with codes, the incumbent would work with software and play an important part in making a business more efficient and helping to provide a better IT service in the web development firm.

Detailed Job Functions

Web design and software development Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposalsWorking closely with analysts, designers and staffProducing detailed specifications and writing the programme codesTesting the product in controlled, real situations before going livePreparation of training manuals for usersMaintaining the systems once they are up and running

Qualification/Experience

• Fair education not below High school.
• Expertise in current computer hardware and software
• Ability to use one or more development language (C++, CSS, Java, PHP, HTML, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team
• Eye for details and identifying problems
• An understanding of business operations
• Analytical and commercial thinking
Professional Affiliation

Technical Skills

 Good sense of design JavaScript Knowledge of programming

Soft Transferable Skills

Strong communication skillsGood knowledge of Flash and animationSearch engine optimization, or SEO
