Training Officer

Job Description
To be responsible for the following:

Staff training: In-house and out-door trainingsLiaise with training consultants including ITFFollow-up on approvals and reimbursements from ITFDaily staff attendance monitoring and analysisRegistration of staff on biometric deviceManagement of official telephone linesMonthly analysis of telephone bills and invoicesAllocation of phones and SIMs to staffProduction of ID cards and complimentary cards for staffMaintenance of staff files and recordsInventory management (stationery)Assist on performance appraisal/managementDeveloping training calendar and budget annuallyEvaluate training effectivenessIdentify and assess training needs within the organization.

Requirements

B.Sc in HRM/IRPM/ILR,relevant professional qualifications CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD will be an added advantage.Minimum of two year relevant experience as an HR officer or executive.
