AGM Financial Control & Treasury
Job Description
Timely and accurate financial Accounting, Forecasting and MIS reporting. IFRS reporting, Responsible for monthly reporting, variance analysis and to provide adequate explanation for the monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis.Oversees all accounting procedures and used in the company.Supports the preparation of budgets and financial reports including income statements balance sheets, cash flow and analysisDrive operations on key focus areas including program wise profitability, inventory control, management and overhead controls.Motivates the immediate reporting staff for better performance and effective service and encourage team spirit.Coordinates with the senior and junior management of other departments as well as every department in the organization that is directly or indirectly associated with the finance department.Closely works with operations and support the business.Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investmentEnsure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Maintain banking relationshipsMaintain credit rating agency relationshipsArrange for equity and debt financingInvest fundsAdvise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planningMaintain a system of policies and procedures that impose as adequate level of control over treasury activities.Desired Skills and Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant with a 10+ years of work experience.General Finance & Accounts, Financial reporting, IFRS knowledge, statutory requirement including indirect taxation, Treasury, Investments, Business Controls, Working capital management and should have hands-on experience of the above areas.Must be fully conversant with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Casting & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.Good analytical and problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills and attention to detail are a must.AGM Credit and Mortgage
Job Description
The AGM Credit and Mortgage will be responsible for the management of the risks associated with the Bank's lending cycle for all credit facilities proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business and selling the Bank's mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals.He/She will be responsible for maintaining reliable and robust data in conjunction with IT. analysts to provide business intelligence to committees and Board, promoting the development of a Credit Disk culture within the organisation.The AGM Credit and Mortgage will be responsible for assisting the credit team in fulfilling the internal and external reporting obligations and ensuring the timely and accurate packaging at all loans originated by loan officers.Oversee the extensions of credit to customersResponsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete accurate verified and complies with company policy.Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting.Key Responsibility Areas
Ensure all hindsight reviews are processed in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy:Record findings from the hindsight reviews and analyse and report on collated dateAssist with monthly and quarterly reporting to Board, Audit & Risk Committee, Credit Committee and management, detailing and analyzing exposures, providing comparisons and trends, prescribed and specific provisions, key risk issues and large exposure information.Assist with the internal and external reporting obligations for the Credit and Mortgage department.Support all credit and mortgage team members by assisting in the day to day running of the department in general and the organisation in particular.Assist and maintain the loan funding reporting and provide reporting on files.Role Competencies Ability to:
